I am Kumudini, an art educator.

I started Kimey's Korner in 2020 with a vision to make creative journaling, learning it as well as practising it, accessible and affordable for everyone.

It is an innovative approach to journaling that involves incorporating art, doodles, stickers, and other forms of creative expression into our writing. By doing so, one can unlock new avenues for self-expression and process their emotions in a fun and exciting way. Hence, no boredom, no rules, just pure unwinding and self awareness

Bonus tips for maintaining a best case scenario journal:

1️⃣ You don’t need to keep a specific time to write this. Whenever you feel your mind is fresh and excited, go for it.

2️⃣ Use past tense, even for the future events. Eg. My first day of 2026 was so magical! I couldn’t believe it.

3️⃣ Apart from the event, mention about your emotions too. Eg. I was of course anxious at first, but then I gave myself a pep talk, and I could feel the difference.

4️⃣ It would be great if you could also elaborate on the action plan. It will give you clarity on what you need to do.
